Summary: Lovely Villa. Amazing views and great pool. Only downfall is a distance from centre of Nice. Uber however is great in Nice. Great communication from Juan.

Summary: We enjoyed a week in the beautiful house. Juan was fantastic in communication and help on questions etc we had, and even very helpful with tips for the area/cities (Thank you Juan!). The villa i nicely located and private, with a beautiful view all day/night and a nice big terrace area with views (fenced, which is good with small children) and a great pool. We would come back for sure.

Summary: Beautiful villa with breathtaking views. Pools was refreshing after a long hot day of touring. More than enough roome doe a family os 6. Villa is a bit far away from restaurants and the.closest grocery market closes early so you have to be prepared. We hope to stay again
