Summary: The property owner and host was extremely courteous, helpful and welcoming. The property itself was rustic and charming albeit needing some refurbishment especially the kitchen and bathrooms. However, the outside gardens and pool were amazing. Unfortunately it seemed to be a haven for mosquitoes. All in all a lovely property requiring some updating.

Summary: Lovely character property, fantastic garden space with plenty of shady areas and great facilities, including a lovely pool.Location was great with supermarket, bakery, restaurant all walking distance so car was not needed. Bus stop close by with regular buses to Cannes seafront (15 minutes) and to the very pretty village of Mougin. Just a bit of noise from a nearby car wash but overall we had a fantastic week. Danielle was on hand for any queries and was very helpful in letting us access the villa a few hours earlier than expected.

Summary: Danielle was a wonderful host - able to assist in everything you may need. Outdoor space was fantastic and the children loved all the activities available. Quiet spot in what is quite a busy area - over an hour walk to the coast but bakery a 2 minute walk away, as was a fabulous local restaurant .

Summary: We were a 3 generation family group with grandparents, parents, 3 teenagers aged 17, 16 and 13 and a two year old. The house worked perfectly for us and the pool and gardens were gorgeous. The weather was exceptionally hot during our stay so the air conditioned bedrooms were bliss! Our host was extremely kind and helpful. Available if we needed anything but never intrusive. Our whole stay was a great experience.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is very well located for the coast and for more traditional villages (Mougins and Valbonne). The garden is lovely with lots of different seating areas and plenty of shade as well as sunshine. We enjoyed the table tennis and the hot tub in particular. We would certainly return.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the villa . It had all the amenities that you could possibly want from a lovely safe swimming pool as well as a Jacuzzi it was perfect for a family. Indoors was excellent with all the bedrooms being air-conditioned. It's even had a washing machine and dryer. Danielle the Property Owner was always on hand to help and advise. Look forward to spending another summer in the property
