Located 35 minutes north of Toulon, 1 hour from Nice or Marseille, the pretty village of Flassans-sur-Issole welcomes you in the heart of green Provence.
Our villa of 180 m² is located in a very quiet area 2 km from the city center. It consists of a large living space, five bedrooms, a large bathroom upstairs and a bathroom on the ground floor. We can receive up to 10 people.
You will enjoy a large terrace on which you can sunbathe quietly on the sunbathing, relax in the shade of the covered terrace or cool off in the swimming pool 10m x 5m semi-covered (swimming pool) whose water l summer is always at a good temperature. Our garden of 3000 m² also has a double garage and a space to play petanque. A gas barbecue is at your disposal for your grill! From the house, many hiking trails await you for your walks.
You will find on the ground floor of the house:
A Provencal kitchen with induction hob, hood, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven and open microwave.

Access to the tourist areas of the Var is very fast because Flassans is located in the center of the department between the A8 and A57 motorways. We are 1 hour from Marseille or Nice and 45/50 minutes from Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Tropez. The Gorges du Verdon, The islands of Porquerolles or Port-Cros, the creeks of Cassis are nearby. The small Provencal villages of Bandol, Sanary, Cotignac, Le Castellet are just as much.
