Summary: Pleasant, would stay there again. Pool and view are excellent. Home is well furnished. Town, Nice and surrounding areas are all within easy reach. Nice stay for our group of 10 including 4 children under 10.

Summary: Two things really make this property--the great team of Philippe, John and Isabelle, who were all kind and responsive. And the beauty of the site and vegetation--one could do worse than spend time lying by the pool listening to the birds and the sound of the breeze through the palm fronds. The roads are windy to get there and whatever you do, don't make our mistake and DRIVE THROUGH THE VILLAGE to get there (yikes). There is an easy route through the parking lot at the foot of the town. One of our favorite things was climbing the Baou, which provides the beautiful backdrop to the pool and house. It looks intimidating but it wasn't too bad and had beautiful vistas at the top.

Summary: The villa with its beautiful and wellkept garden is a perfect getaway for two families spending their holiday together. The heatened pool made the experience even better. The cooking was very convinient in the modern and well equipped kitchen. The villa lies nearby the pittoresque village of Saint Jeanette, the morning walk to the boulangerie only lasts a few minutes. The owner of the Villa quickly responded to all inquiries.

Summary: A lovely home in beautiful surroundings. Village was great for most foodstuffs, house held character yet had all mod cons. Gardens wonderful providing dappled shade, pool was gorgeous and we especially appreciated the different outdoor eating experiences. We tok my husband in a wheelchair and we managed - he can only walk a step or two. Would have liked linen change after a week. Would come again.

Summary: We had a lovely week at Villa Che Goga, St Jeannet in June 2016. We found the villa to be very charming set in a beautiful gardens and very private. The villa had everything you would need and was very well equipped and clean. It was close to the village where there is a shop where you can but fresh bread and croissants. The views are fabulous and we stayed in the Villa more than we anticipated, as it was just so nice to sit by the pool and relax, enjoying the fabulous views and garden full of lovely flowers. We did go out and about most evenings to St Paul de Vence, Mougins (which was a little bit further to travel) and also Grasse, which is a wonderful drive through lots of lovely little villages. We found Phillipe to be very helpful and we had a very quick response to our emails. Also Isobel the housekeeper was lovely and very welcoming and she had provided fresh flowers,wine and fruit as a nice welcome.

Summary: Its hard to do justice to this villa. You can eat outside in a beautiful garden with an amazing view over the med. The villa is comfortable and will absorb a lot of people without ever feeling crowded. The addition of a separate annex was great for us - as this became home for our daughters and their friend. They were happy....and we were too. The apartment is both close to the village and yet extremely private an quiet. It was a short 5 minute uphill! walk into the village for bread in the morning....and again for a meal in the evening for the few occasions where we could be separated from what the villa offers. The village itself has plenty of medieval charm, decent restaurants and a few shops. The owner is a pleasure to deal with, and is responsive to enquiries. All good!

Summary: We are a family of 4 (two boys aged 13 and 10) and spent two weeks at this villa in Aug 2013. We loved the location, the weather didn't disappoint and the views out to the Med from the villa are spectacular. The villa is conveniently situated in a residential area between the upper and lower parts of the village of St Jeannet. The upper village is a 10 minute walk and has restaurants and bars, and we enjoyed strolling up there each morning for fresh bread. Given the closeness to the border (about 40 minutes), we were also able to drive across to Italy for the day, which was a bonus. The villa itself was ideal for our needs ? comfortable and uncluttered with enough space for us all. We didn't use the attached studio accommodation, as we had enough room in the main house. The highlight is the outdoor space ? the kitchen leads out to a shady dining area for breakfast, whilst the pool is close to the house (a big plus for us given the age of the children). The outdoor kitchen and dining area next to the pool was lovely, as was the canopy for when we wanted some shade. Full marks too for hospitality. Raphael and Audrey, who do the 'meeting and greeting', are very friendly and helpful, and are locals, which is handy - they even booked a table at a Michelin starred restaurant for us, which was one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, we had a fine time and would thoroughly recommend Villa L'Arche Che Goga.
