This spacious East End condo has been a super hit for now several seasons! Located in the fashionable Art Gallery District of town, just steps away from Commercial Street is this very spacious two story unit. It features a full kitchen with all appliances, a gorgeous private patio deck, parking for one car, TV, DVD, WiFi, washer & dryer, and everything you make need for a great relaxing or fun time in P-Town! The condo has been partially updated each year and has a change of linens, draperies, and upgrades periodically, including a four zone a/c system throughout. Small pets no problem, with prior authorization. Either wood or tile floors throughout. This is a non-smoking unit and has no carpeting for those with allergies. Lots of light to bring the outside in. Situated on a quiet flower garden street. See feedback from past tenants! Provincetown License# BOHR-20-0699-APP 11/17/2019. Note that the cleaning fee is a PER WEEK FEE, so booking for more than one week, additional charges will incur.

Summary: The condo was great. Our dog especially enjoyed the garden area. The upstairs living room was our favorite space. Everything was very clean. The location was central to all that Provincetown offers.

Summary: Just past the main strip on the east end of commercial, this was a perfectly cozy and charming house for our week. Stanley was lovely to deal with and accommodated a unique check in process for us. We hope to stay at this property again in the near future!

Summary: Very enjoyable stay at this property. The house works for one or two couples. Even though only one full bathroom, the half bath, along with sinks in each room made it all very workable. Loved the outside deck with 4 Adirondack chairs and beautiful gardens. Stan was very responsive with all questions.

Summary: A great property that is centrally located. A relaxing outdoor space that is minutes from all that Ptown has to offer. We all had a great time. Communication with the property manager was great!

Summary: This was our second stay at Lovett Court, and it was delightful. It has authentic Provincetown charm, quiet, and privacy, and all the amenities you need. Stan is a very responsive and friendly host. Tucked away from the bustle of Commercial Street, yet ventrally located, it’s highly recommended.

Summary: A beautiful beach house nestled in a stunning garden. A quieter part of town with a nice peaceful walk to the heart of Commercial Street. Amenities (laundry, dishwasher, patio) were in great shape. Very close to beautiful galleries and some excellent restaurants and coffee shops. Of note, while the listing says “2 double beds” in reality there is one queen bed and one double bed. The property would be better suited to sleep 3 rather than 4. There is a pull out couch but the owners expressed clearly they don’t want it to be used. Additionally the property is listed as having 3 bathrooms when in reality there is 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, 1 outdoor shower, and a sink in each bedroom.
