Beautiful Water View East End 2 bedroom condo across the street from the beach on the bay. Just cross the road and take the association maintained steps down to the beach. This beach boasts a nice tidal swing where you can walk out in the shallows during low tide. The condo is in the perfect East End location, combining closeness to the center of town, with your own beach and not having the noise and parking issues of downtown Provincetown.
This bay view condo is situated on the second floor of the second row of buildings on the property. This location gives you a full view of the bay and still being far enough away from the road. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails on the deck off the living room and take in the morning sunrise and evening sunset.
The condo has 2 bedrooms one with a King bed and the other a Queen. The full bath has an updated tile full shower with standard and rainfall shower heads.
The kitchen has modern appliances and is open to the living room with the attached slider onto the deck.
Visit the Harbor Hotel next door which offers a full restaurant and bar. Pool and pool bar is open during the day. Go grab a drink and a swim in their pool. The hotel welcomes our condo guests. Please note the hotel may be seasonal and availability of amenities is based on time of year. We have no control over amenity availability especially in the off season.

If you don't want to walk, the public bus stops right on the opposite corner at the Harbor Hotel. A couple dollars each way will bring you to and from Mac Millan Pier right in the middle of downtown. Bus runs until mid-night in season. In the off season bus schedules and routes change so may not be as frequent or available.

🏡 House Rules
• Please remove shoes and clean off all sand before entering the unit.
• No pets and no smoking inside the unit.
• Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM. Be considerate: keep music and TV volumes low.
• No parties. Police involvement will result in a $200 deduction from your security deposit.
• Close and lock all windows and doors when leaving, especially if rain is expected.
• Toilet: Flush only toilet paper—no wipes, paper towels, or hygiene products.
• Kitchen: Do not pour grease or oil down the sink. Plumbing issues caused by misuse will be charged to your deposit.
• White towels are for indoor use only. Do not bring them to the beach. Sandy or stained towels will be replaced at your expense.
• Do not hang towels or bathing suits on the deck railings—use the drying rack provided.
• Secure deck items, winds can be strong. Bring chair cushions inside when not in use.
• Return the AC/heat remote to the wall holder. Lost or damaged remotes will incur a $200 charge.
🕒 Check-In
• Check-in time is 3:00 PM, unless otherwise arranged.
• This allows time for cleaning and preparation of the unit.
🚗 Parking
• One parking space labeled #17D is provided. Park parallel to the fence.
• Limited guest parking is available in spots marked with an “X”.
These are first-come, first-served, 24-hour max, and not for regular use.
• We are not responsible for tickets, tows, or damage to your vehicle.
🧹 Check-Out
Check-out time is 10:00 AM on your departure day.
Please ensure the following:
• Empty the fridge of all food. You may leave unopened items or pantry items for the next guest.
• Dispose of trash and recycling in bins on Snail Road (see diagram).
• Start the dishwasher with any remaining dirty dishes before you leave.
• Set the thermostat to 75°F in summer / 60°F in winter.
• Lock all windows and doors. Close blinds and shades.
• Bring deck cushions inside and secure beach chairs with bungee cords.
🧺 Laundry
• Laundry room is in the basement of Building #17. Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM only.
• Bring quarters or follow instructions with the QR code to pay with you phone,
• Use liquid detergent only.
• Turn off lights and close the door after use.
📺 Internet and TV Instructions
• WiFi Network = BeachBeauty Password = Welcome17d
• Select YouTubeTV for live TV
• Log into your personal accounts for other Apps. Netflix, etc.
❄️ Cooling & Heating
• All AC units must be in the same mode at the same time (e.g., all on COOL or HEAT).
o Can’t have COOL set in one room and HEAT set in another.
• Point remote at wall unit to change settings, you will hear a beep sound.
o Upon checkout, set: 75°F in summer 60°F in winter
🚌 Local Transportation
• Bus stop at the Harbor Hotel takes you to MacMillan Wharf in downtown Ptown
• Summer: every :15 and :45 past the hour. Post-Labor Day: Friday–Sunday only only.
• $2 fare for adults, seniors free.
🗑 Trash & Recycling
• Use plastic bags for all trash.
• Dumpsters and recycling containers are in the enclosure on Snail Rd (see diagram).
