Positive: The staffs were all very helpful and friendly. The cleanliness stood out to me the most. Pleasent enviornment.

Negative: It would be nice if they provided a bicycle rental service in our opinion. Otherwise no complaints.

Positive: We received an upgrade to a more spacious room in the cottage house within this facility. It was very comfortable, everything was clean and easy to access, with wooden floors and walls making a climatic feel. For breakfast we just had a set of toasts and some jam, as we wanted to leave early for Wuling pass. Staff was really helpful and made check-in really easy - thank you!

Negative: The road to get there is very narrow, so it was a bit stressful to drive there with rental car. But there is a large parking, so at least you don't have to worry for the car at night.

Positive: If you're driving a big car, just be careful—the road to the property is pretty narrow. Uber drivers don’t usually come right to the door either. But no worries, the owner is super helpful and will sort things out for you. Mr. Chen is fluent in English 👍
