Summary: The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. Service is excellent. The only work is the food - ordered a “pork belly mac & cheese” for kids at $17 a pop and it was ham. Other items we had were quite average for standard prices. We were there for my daughter to have an operation up the road so spent majority of the time at the hotel. The pool area is fantastic and kept my son entertained for hours. This is our third stay and we will be back.

Summary: My favourite Auckland hotel. Great amenities Close to CBD but feel like you are way from all the noise & bright lights. Excelled indoor pool, steam room & sauna.

Summary: Excellent hotel. Room was big and quiet, and beds were very comfortable The kids had a great time at the pool. Location was very convenient as we were going to a concert at Spark Arena - hotel was only 8min walk distance. Will definitely stay again
