Positive: This hotel gives 5 star service. No doubt about it. Staff was amazing. Front desk, housekeeping, f&b all are so professional, helpfull. Big thank you to all. Although we came early they let us to check in. Rooms are very clean and new. Everyday we had fresh water and coffee to our room during our stay. Brakfast was also full of choices even prosecco we had. Tram station and supermarket just next to hotel big bonus.
Negative: You cant control air condition, no shoe shiners at room.
