Positive: It is very close to WSU. It also had easy parking. The room was clean.

Positive: The staff, rooms, and price were all amazing. We have been staying in Moscow for the past four years at almost 400 a night and then we’re faced with no room rooms in Moscow and had to stay in Pullman and we will stay here going forward

Negative: The breakfast only had a few items to choose from. It would be nice to have a better breakfast.

Positive: We liked the location because we could walk to the college campus. The staff was courteous, the room was sufficient for our needs, the beds were comfortable and we slept well.

Negative: The room carpet had a wet stain and we couldn't identify its source. And the room amenities were sparse...(no coffee or bottles of water, good soaps & shampoo). The breakfast didn't start until after 7 am which is okay, but we wanted coffee early and there wasn't any available without leaving the hotel.

Summary: We paid the higher price for the location. The hotel meets the need for a good night's stay.

Positive: No breakfast offered. Location was great.

Negative: The rooms are very dated, clean but tired. The deadbolt lock on the door did not work. Hallways sort of dark. Seemed a bit pricey for the state of the rooms but the location is excellent.
