Summary: I requested smoking room and was assigned a room at level 3. The room I was assigned to is next to the staff area. Every morning, I can hear loud chatting and giggling. My window is facing the back door of the staff area so I had to keep my curtain closed the whole time. The room was ridiculously small, I can hardly sit comfortably at my desk coz the chair couldn’t be pushed out fully. The headboard is stained. The toilet is so small that I had to move to the side when I’m in the toilet to open the door before I can get out.

Summary: Very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast buffet was nice too, it has a nice location, it is walking distance to a grand mall. The only issue, if you are going to stay in this hotel, I would not recommend standard room. It is quite small and also has old dated furnishings.

Summary: Excellent hotel, great service and very convenient location, within 3-4 mins walking distance of some awesome malls. The vast range of breakfast options and food at Sana-Sini was also great!

Summary: The hotel overall it is always giving good value for the money Breakfast is a plus with any kind of food available The rooms starts to show their age and might be not perfectly clean Staff always very friendly and efficient

Summary: Overall an okay hotel. Room is small and outdated. A good value for the price, however. The staffs were excellent, very polite, friendly, and accomodating. The location is great, itnis close to shopping area. But the room needs some major refresh.
