Summary: The professionalism of the staff aligned with the quality of the property and delicious room service menu choices; top-notch! There was some construction going on that we only barely heard once for about 10 minutes. Bonus: my family of three where two of us have wheelchair needs, we found the food court, spa services and convenience store on the property to be very comfortable and convenient. We plan to visit frequently just to order take out from their devine chef and his signature cheese and fries!

Summary: Renovations were underway so the hotel was doing their best to stay functional. The staff were fantastic but the smell of building dust every morning as you left your room got a bit too much after a few days, even though we were on the 19th floor. I would return but only once the hotel was back to normal as the renovations made the hotel more like a prison where they confine you to your room rather than a social hotel.

Summary: Nice big room. Closed to Downtown. They are in renovation until end of August 2025, so no pool neither gym.

Summary: The hotel is in a good location. It has multiple shops and eternity in the same building. However its in a middle of renovation. The pool and gym was not open. It did not mention on the advertisement.
