Summary: Was able to check in early which is always appreciated! Tatyana at the front desk was delightful and so very helpful. This location is perfect for making connections by train and the rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet.

Summary: The staff was staff was condescending and rude. And when I called them out the gaslit me. I speak 3 languages and understand 5, french happens not to be one. I understand in France french is spoken but you can try. The front desk jerk even laughed at me in front of my children. When I called him out more gaslighting. I was able to teach my children how not to behave and will use this experience to help train my 1,200 employees in the US on empathetic ways to work with customers.
