Summary: When I first arrived the staff were really helpful and front desk answered all my questions I had about parking. The room was very clean and very cold excellent temperature felt like home.

Summary: Very helpful and friendly front desk staff. Room was spacious and clean. Safe area, close the airport and port for cruises. They had a shuttle from the airport and transport to the cruise port for a small fee. Will be staying here anytime I cruise out of Miami

Summary: The staff were attentive knowledgeable and professional no issues. This was a late check in and outdoor pool was not used. At drop off the grounds looked taken care of. The hotel specifically my room had several issues with unprofessional repairs dated carpet shower control knob when turning on just fell in the tub. Mattress was comfortable but in a sagging worn state as well. The facility was clean but in need of updates.

Summary: I fly out of Miami a lot this is a great place to stay. Good hours on shuttle and every 30 minutes. My only warning would be for amenities in room. I always get the same type of room, even the same room, same price a couple days apart I was shocked to find myself in a room with no fridge. I have never not had a fridge before. So watch out for that. Also it drives me crazy they give you two keurig cups and one is decaf.
