Positive: Clean and very comfortable. The service by the front desk staff was excellent, The Japanese male staff member who greet us went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed.Cleaning staff were great
Negative: The Bar staff especially at the pool were less then friendly, the staff at the main bar would not make us drinks to have around the pool as they had no plastic cups and no attempts to get any.
