Negative: The beds a little hard but everything else was good.

Positive: Room was very clean, staff is friendly and professional especially Claudiu who was very helpful and kind. We also got a free room upgrade which was not expected and a nice surprise. It's very close to M14 metro station and to a small park.
Negative: Breakfast options could be changed once every few days (we had one night through booking and 3 through another platform)

Positive: The outside view. And two staff were exceptional - the waitress, Jennifer and the Front Desk staff, Ofili.
Negative: The rugs in the rooms are dusty and dirty. Majority of the staff were unfriendly. The food was bad.
