Positive: Staff were excellent and spoke English. There were lots of options at breakfast for both Eastern and Western tastes. I had two separate bookings, and they were able to merge them, so I didn't have to change rooms. It's close to tourist areas, a Metro station and a mall full of useful shops and restaurants.

Positive: Location was good.

Negative: We were not notified on booking that work was taking place. The location of breakfast had changed and it was poor with not many hit good options. There was no Lounge area to sit and relax. The rooms were large but consider that facilities were poor. We had previously stayed in the other Pullman in Shanghai and it is a far superior hotel.
