Summary: Amazing stay from start to finish The staff were absolutely amazing, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The food was excellent, with great quality and variety, and the location is perfect, making everything easily accessible. Everything about the stay was wonderful and exceeded expectations. The only small thing I would change is that the shower and restroom doors are made of transparent glass, which may not be comfortable for everyone. Aside from that, everything was truly amazing. Highly recommended!!! I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We had a great stay overall and really enjoyed our time. However, there were a couple of details that disappointed us. For a hotel that promotes itself with its beautiful pool — one of the main reasons to visit — it was surprising that the room didn’t even have a drying rack to hang and dry swimsuits. In addition, there was no refrigerator in the room, which felt unusual and inconvenient, especially for a 5-star hotel.

Summary: Stayed two night and during my stay they couldn't fix the leaking faucet. Cleaning service was not thorough. For short business stay it could work, but price/value is not there.
