Positive: Fantastic! Very helpful and comfortable! Excellent dining scene not too far on otherside of park. Property is on 31st floor of mix residential building, go straight up in elevator to 31 and reception is there 24/7. Near Futong station, takes around 20 mins to get to the station for express train to PEK.. or get a taxi. Highly recommended

Positive: We liked the view from the 31st floor, the size of the room and the vicinity to a metro station.

Negative: The sink was completely broken. The place is not really a hotel, despite the name, and there is no sign on the door helping somehow to find it.
