Summary: I could only find a very small bin in the bathroom. Another bin in the main room would have been good. I found the TV set up too hard for a senior person to use

Summary: The staff here was absolutely fantastic, especially Lailah! We also met one of the cleaners, who was lovely, as well as a friendly man who came to look at our phone that wasn't working (I also pointed out the cracked shower tiles to him). I've given 5 stars for cleanliness, because this was honestly one of the cleanest apartments we've ever stayed in! My only little gripe was that the ice-cube tray had the remnants of something orange in it. I would strongly recommend this hotel overall! N.B. If you're a light sleeper, just be warned that you can hear the town clock chiming.

Summary: We loved our stay at the Punthill Maitland. We booked 3 rooms as we were attending a wedding. The motel was really clean and tidy and well maintained. Our rooms and bathrooms were all very clean and the beds were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and great.
