Summary: Receptionist was very helpful and very friendly room was clean and spacious bed very comfortable location so beautiful I will definitely stay here again family of four 2 bedroom had everything needed very happy with our stay..

Summary: Room was very comfortable for our overnight stay. Was not aware check in was before 4pm due to public holiday as email stated 7pm. access to lock box for key was difficult and unable to obtain parking due to no-one at the desk. 2 phone calls later I was able to get our key.

Summary: Central location to shops, restaurants and waterfront. Easy walk to North Williamstown train station. Apartment was clean and modern and good communication from staff. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Summary: Property was not clean. Had a knock on the door from neighbour asking me to stay quiet when I was on my own. When I told staff about the cleanliness and showed photos was said “oh sorry about that”. Not worth the money.

Summary: Clean room, sufficient amenities but cigarette smoke smell does get into the room if there are people smoking outside in the balcony. Receptionist, Giovanna, is helpful, courteous and professional.
