Positive: The place was very spacious, clean, and the view was amazing. I made a great choice using this place for my family. Staff were nice and were very helpful. I wished the parking was free.

Negative: Every AirBNB I stayed in the past always comes with special accommodations like EXTRA pillows, blankets, sheets, washcloths, hand towels, etc. And in the kitchen usually should have hanging towels, mittens for the stove. The apartment was such a beautiful place and it deserves to have all the necessities people use on a regular basis, especially staying with a whole family. It was too plain. I don’t know if I should blame the cleaners, the owner or whoever should have handled these little simple things. Finally, on the day before my last day, one of the front-end guys came to my apartment without even knocking. I was VERY disturbed by that. He assumed the apartment was empty and before I get a chance to say please don’t come in, he just opened the door trying to have a maintenance guy come in to change the balcony couch that was broken. That really SPOILED my whole experience and I felt like checking out the same day and get my refund for the unused day.

Summary: The overall stay was nice and could have been better if there were the extra accommodations and the incident that happen

Positive: comfortable apartment. Could have used more towels, even for TWO. Only one hand towel and no dishtowel

Negative: Initial listing had different location. I wanted something close to an address and the initial booking showed that. However the destination was not that location and farther away. The VIRTUAL KEY never worked, altho, fortunately the back up code did after 1st night. Supposed to have a 24x7 reception, but sometimes, no one was present, which was necessary on initial checkin as the virtual lock was inoperative (virtual key NOR backup code). Could have used more towels, even for TWO people. Only one hand towel and no dishtowel. should have two bath towels. Check in process online was a bit confusing and laborious...having to both update and VERIFY identity. THen, waiting for email or text response. Both occurred, yet was a bit confusing.
