Positive: The communication with property Manager Acok was great. The villa is beautiful and very close to the Bengsal port, which is a gateway to Gili Islands and Bali. Overall, great stay:)

Positive: Excellent pool which we needed for our recovery post hike of Mt Rinjani. Accoo was very helpful and nothing was ever too hard to ask of the staff when we needed assistance. The rooms were spacious (master is opposite the pool with a stone bath in the ensuite; large living area and kitchen adjoining 2 rear bedrooms, one with another ensuite), and the outdoor living areas were comfortable.
Negative: Traffic noise and a little away from any shops or food but we knew this from previous reviews.

Negative: Breakfast need to improve with some training for the staff, and just some attention to detail would make this a 9 out of 10 We also had some sort of animal running around in the ceiling some night which can be expected sometime but this one was a bit annoying

Positive: The staff is so helpfull and quick respon when we have problem in villa. The location is good, in the Tanjung city, near bangsal harbour that can connect you to 3 Gili and Bali. It’s also near zoo, golf club, and Sire beach. Floating breakfast service is also good .
Negative: There’re some mulfunction of water heater and water exit. But its solved, thanks for the that staff have a quick respon to fix it
