Positive: Great modern hotel, we had a mandala delux sea view and the room was a great size, massive balcony and nice and modern
Negative: Food and drink were a little expensive. 26 euro for one dish around the pool. 16 euros for a cocktail.

Negative: - To reach the reception, we had to climb more than five stairs, which was very uncomfortable and inconvenient. - When we asked for water, we were told to collect it ourselves from the reception. This was especially inconvenient considering the stairs, and unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. - We booked two rooms, and one of them had a very unpleasant smell. On top of that, the air conditioning was not functioning properly. When we reported the issue, a technician checked and said that nothing was wrong, but the problem remained unresolved.

Positive: Nicely renovated rooms, food by pool was good and for the most part the service was attentive around the pool
Negative: The check in and check out process were poor, the reception staff are not very friendly and kept us waiting a long time to check out. Not kid friendly, no children’s menu or cutlery. No amenities in the room ie no Cotten pads, toothbrushes etc. Felt like they were not ready to open and had opened prematurely.

Positive: Beautiful hotel, exceptional staff, couldn’t do enough for you on opening week! Exceptional views from the top of the bay. Fantastic breakfast offering.
Negative: The town of Santa Ponsa isn’t overly desirable, but the hotel is exceptionally located for both Palma and nearby towns/beaches.
Summary: 5* stay, will only get better as the team settle into the new opening. Incredible staff and experience.
