Positive: I really liked the room, the rates, and the cleanliness — the hotel is new and well-maintained.
Negative: What I didn’t like is that hot water is only available at 7 in the morning, and the electricity keeps going on and off, which causes the internet to disconnect. The good thing is that they have a UPS and a generator, but they turn it off late at night.

Positive: My stay in Skardu was made perfect by this hotel. The place is exceptionally clean and quiet, offering a very comfortable environment. The rooms were immaculate, and I always had hot water available, which was a huge plus. The owner, Hussein, is the real standout—he's a genuinely kind and humble person who goes above and beyond to help his guests. He even assisted me in renting a bike, which was incredibly convenient. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone visiting Skardu.

Positive: Very very generous and helpful owner. Helped us with hospital visits and motorbike rental and extended when we needed. By far the best accomodation all round we've stayed in, in Pakistan. Thankyou.
Negative: Nothing springs to mind really! Bit of a weak flow with the hot water, but we are in the middle of the mountains so can't complain!
