Positive: I have to say, that it exceeded our expectations. Restaurant and Wellness are absolutely beautiful. They had also sauna ceremony. The hotel staff and restaurant staff was absolutely amazing, they was always smiling, helping, nice and nothing was a problem. We really enjoyed the stay. We want to thank for example Marek, who served meals to us first night and also man from the reception which we were saying good bye to, but we can not remember the name. Also there was one man from the bar who prepared us drinks for the spa, we really thank him for that, it was so nice. We I have to mention food! It was really delicious and nicely served. Thank you once again.
Negative: Just few small things about the room, for 8-10 people is one bathroom and one toilet not enough. And also it would be better to have one big fridge instead of small fridge without freezer and lot of empty storage spaces. Also maybe around cooling pool would be nice to have some hedge or bamboo screen, because you can see it from the parking lot and if you want to cool off naked there, it's not very pleasant. But that is just something to think about :).

Positive: The staff was very kind and helpful, and the food in the restaurant was delicious.
Negative: We booked this hotel for 7 adults and the reservation was clearly made for 7 adults. Only later, when I asked if it was possible to upgrade the booking to 8 adults, I was informed that the additional beds in the rooms are actually bunk beds intended only for children. This important information was not shown during the booking process. Because of this, the rooms were not suitable for 7 adults as booked, and in the end one person from our group could not join the trip. This was very disappointing. The hotel should clearly state in the description that some beds are only for children, so that guests booking for adults are not misled.

Positive: The location is perfect for those seeking tranquility and clean nature. The reception staff is very professional,polite and quick to find solutions to any issues. We received a private spa as an apology for the delay in the check-in
Negative: However, I can’t say the same about the restaurant. The food felt more like pre-prepared meals with limited variety. On the bright side, there are waiters who can assist you in English, German, or Czech. Overall, the hotel itself is wonderful, but the dining experience could be improved

Positive: The manager, Tomas, was very courteous and accommodating. Loved the sauna with the mountain view. It's just special. The breakfast was quite good.
Negative: The restaurant menu is basically limited to pizza or food off the kids menu. If you ordered half-board, then you will get whatever the meal for the day is.

Positive: We enjoyed our stay. The new areas of the hotel I nicely done, the spa is very nice with the view and staying outside. The location is absolutely perfect! Right at the start of all the hiking trails in the countryside. Absolutely satisfying and plentiful breakfast. As for the cuisine, I would like to highlight their homemade Italian pizza which totally exceeded our expectations, highly recommended. As for the staff, a big thank you to the front deck manager Tomas, who was very kind and professional, looked after us beautifully, took initiative and always accommodated us - more like him!
