THE FEEL
Amazing water views on corner lot surrounded by lush greenery! It's in the end of a cul-de-sac which offers extra privacy. Lots of windows throughout the home shower the house with tons of natural light and beautiful views. With its chic modern interiors, brand new furnishings and charming touches, it is a lovely space to unwind and spend time with family and friends. Enjoy the luxurious comfort of this 2,708 sq. ft. spacious home.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, new cookware, ample spices, plenty of cabinet space and everything you will need to serve meals, bake cookies and casseroles, or host a potluck dinner. There's a dishwasher, microwave, stainless steel sink with garbage disposal, full size stove with oven, full size fridge and freezer. You are also welcome to use other appliances provided such as Keurig coffee maker, rice cooker, electric wine opener and air fryer. It has an island granite countertop that can seat up to four people.
THE GREAT ROOM (LIVING & DINING AREA)
You will love the great room concept on the main floor providing a very social environment for your family and friends. This home opens to the kitchen and dining room. The living room has a super comfortable sectional couch, gas fireplace and a 70" Smart HD TV. The dining table seats 8 people comfortably.
COVERED PATIO
Beside the dining room is a door that leads to a wonderful covered patio with a cozy outdoor seating. Enjoy drinking a cup of coffee while watching the peaceful water views and greenery.
LAUNDRY ROOM
The laundry room is complete with washing machine, dryer, and steamer. Laundry detergent is provided as well.
BEDROOMS
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms are located. 2 bedrooms upstairs have 2 queen size beds. The master’s bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and a walk in closet. Downstairs in the finished basement is a guest suite with a king bed, a full size bathroom and a private recreational room. All beds are super comfy with high thread count bamboo linens.
BATHROOMS
The Master's en-suite boasts and oversized tile shower with dual shower-head system, a luxurious free standing tub and dual sink. The basement and the guest bathroom both have a bath tub. The main floor has a powder room with a sink and a toilet. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and towels are provided.

Q House has an attached 2 car garage with lots of driveway parking.

Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am. We cannot guarantee request for early check-ins or late check-out but we will let you know near you check-in date if it is available. Early check-in or late check-out fee is $35/hour.

Summary: The house was perfect for a weekend girls trip! We were greeted with wine, snacks and beverages in the fridge upon arrival. Stocked kitchen for cooking meals. Beds were comfortable and quiet neighborhood. In back of the house is a pet friendly walking trail along the water - perfect spot to watch the sunset. Close to outlet mall, casino and restaurants. We drove up to the Tulip festival in Mt. Vernon on our final day. Perfect weekend!!!

Summary: We stayed at the Home for a wedding that was at Carleton Farms. The house worked perfect for the bridal party. The rehearsal dinner and wedding were in Lake Stevens and the location was excellent. The home was in great condition and everything we needed was there. It was a perfect place for the girls to get ready for the wedding thank you for allowing us to stay there, we had a great time !!!

Summary: We were in town for the Strawberry Festival and needed a place for multiple adults. This house was close to the action, yet in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The multiple sleeping options and bathrooms were perfect for our group, but we were beyond delighted at how well the kitchen was equipped and how well everything was labeled. No hunting for a glass! Isabella was the best VRBO host I've had with excellent communication and making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this location and host!

Summary: Our family booked this home for an out of town wedding. The property is exactly as listed. It was immaculate and clean. There was a very sweet welcome that included drinks in the fridge for the kiddos, a bottle of wine for the adults and some chips to snack on. The best part of this house...the BEDS!! They are heavenly clouds that I wish we would have had more time to enjoy! These are the beds that you try to find the label so that you can purchase them for your own home. The property is in a great quiet location and very kid friendly. We had a 5 and 8 yo and they enjoyed the bean bag chairs and the toy box. Would definitely recommend this property!

Summary: The check in process was a breeze and once you are inside, you are greeted with a large modern space to enjoy. You are at the end of a street with a giant field next door which makes use of the deck even better. We really enjoyed the place.

Summary: We were in town for a funeral and needed a place to stay that could accommodate a large group. We traveled with some of our children and grandchildren. After the funeral we returned to the ‘Q’ House to spend time visiting with family, sharing memories of our loved one that had passed, playing games, and just relaxing. Great family time,….and the ‘Q’ House was the perfect place for this to happen. The main floor was open and fairly spacious. A comfortable space for us all to gather. There was also a nice deck right off the dining room that overlooked a bit of a wetland. A peaceful place to enjoy morning coffee. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and the home was well equipped with everything that was needed. Everyone mentioned how comfortable the beds were! Overall, the accommodations were very relaxing. There was plenty of parking space as well. The home owner, Isabella, was responsive and attentive to our needs / questions. My family and I truly appreciate the accommodations she provided us. We would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you =)
