Positive: Lovely location in a forest overlooking Qusar, with great views from the restaurant area to the mountains. Friendly staff, delicious dinners at the onsite restaurant. Spacious clean room. Restaurant was popular with locals, creating good turnover and atmosphere.
Negative: Safe was not bolted to the cupboard. Hot water varied in temperature over the 3 days from nice and warm to tepid to just off-cold (best temperature tended to be in afternoon).
Summary: Forest hideaway with delicious dinners.

Positive: The place is beautiful by itself to add on to that there was a snowfall and it looked even more beautiful.
Negative: Ac’s are not working. As it was already cold it was okay for us.

Positive: This hotel is a real hidden gem. It has two real benefits - the staff and the location. The staff were always friendly and helpful, even though they did not all speak English. They couldn't do enough to help us. The location is stunning - set in a quiet forest but close to the city. The hotel has lots of little eating huts spread around the outside of the hotel and the views are lovely.
Negative: There was nothing we didn't like - it was all fantastic
