Positive: The location and size of the house

Negative: The maintenance of the house could be better in term of cleanliness. There were lots of dust and the smell of the house like it has been abandoned for quite a while (thanked god for the fabreeze that I bought together with me).

Negative: Not fully air-conditioned... (Only 2 room have aircond). Hall also did not have aircond... Quite hot temperature in daytime because also don't have ventilation systems... 2nd toilet leaking at ceiling. Low water pressure.
