Positive: It is not a new hotel but after sold to another business group, it is newly renovated. Therefore it is very well desinged. The SPA part is the best part for us. We really like private spa rooms.
Negative: I think there is an experience issue for the staff, while it is a reopened hotel with new staff. For reception, They are very young and there is only one lady who seems to have enough experience about how to give best answers to customer’s questions or complaints.

Positive: New hotel and facilities.
Negative: As the hotel as new, they still don't have their service standards setup. There were many issues in our stay: - In one room, the door lock wasn't working. You could simply push the door from outside and enter the room. We let the staff know about it, they told us they would send someone asap, but it didn't happen and it stayed like that during our stay (3 nights) - In one room, the mini bar wasn't working. In the other room, it was working but it was totally empty. When we were checking out, they claimed my 65+ year old parents consumed coca cola & Redbull, which would have been at room temperature 🤦‍♂️ Same thing happened to us, they claimed that we drank a Fanta which wasn't there to begin with. They simply didn't have a well trained cleaning staff, and they were filling the fridge with whatever they had at hand. As no one was tracking it, they simply assumed that whatever was "missing" was consumed. - Another thing that points to lack of training: we put the "do not disturb" setting when we left our room, and to our surprise, when we came back later on that day, the cleaning lady was in our room. When we asked her if she didn't see it, or if there is anything else we had to do, she just told us that she saw it but entered anyway. I found my pajamas on the floor, as she wasn't very careful in her task and she had to leave quickly when we arrived. The staff at the reception just said they were sorry many times (in a gentle but very fake way), but they simply didn't understand any of these issues or at least they didn't give the impression that they would/could do anything about them. Otherwise, they would know that one of the most basic function of a hotel room is to provide privacy, and to have a functioning door which can be locked.
