Positive: Beautiful location, great facilities & helpful staff. Facility not to need daily room cleaning etc - was not disturbed during stay to change sheets/make bed.
Negative: Visited every day to ask if the minibar needed topping up. Would have liked to be able to leave a note on the door stating minibar not used. Instructions on how to make the espresso martini- for which contents were supplied.
Summary: Great stay - lovely location.

Positive: Everything! The rooms were amazing, modern, comfortable, clean, amazing views to the lake and mountains. The bed was super comfy too with a sofa if you wanted to sit and read. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem. They helped us to book all our activities, which were just charged to our room at the end of the stay. Only a short walk into Queenstown with a shuttle bus if required. Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked to order. There was a ski room to keep your boots warm over night with drop offs to the bus station.
Negative: Nothing! It was all perfect.
Summary: A trip to remember. I’d certainly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Queenstown.

Negative: If the breakfast wasn’t included I wouldn’t have paid $55 for it. The selection was pretty lacklustre. The Bloody Mary was perfect though!
