Summary: The online check out instructions do not match the instruction in the rental. Next door guests left their tv on loud all night Friday night which was annoying. Prowrty was clean,well stocked and we appreciated the note and muffins that greeted us. We would stay here again.

Summary: The inside was fairly clean with the exception of numerous bugs. The air conditioning units were old style window units(that kept house very comfortable)that were mounted with 1/2-1” gap that bugs were able to come and go. The outside is not much but in terms of a bed and place to cook the place was functional.

Summary: Everything was great from the hand written note to the coffee left for us and special cookies for the kids. My only complaint would be the fact that there were a lot of earwigs we had to kill but I'm blaming that on the fact that the AC units were all in and according to the owners they were trying to treat it naturally which I really appreciate chemical wise. The beds were extremely comfortable, the location while off the beaten road a bit, was still close to everywhere we needed to go. You can't really door dash past a certain time considering the small town and even then it's going to take a while so I'd suggest bringing in your own food. All in all they did a lovely job with the property and I would stay again, I also appreciate all of the little touches in the bathroom. They thought of everything.

Summary: The place was pretty nice, actually. But I wouldn't stay here again mainly for one reason: the only shower runs completely out of hot water in ten minutes. I wasn't even finished with my shower yet and I still had 3 family members behind me who wanted to take a shower but couldn't. If you're going to have a place that sleeps 4-5 people, then you should have a hot water heater that will allow at least 3-4 people to shower. Not being able to shower shouldn't be something that happens on a rental. I'd recommend the owner invest in an instant hot water heater if they want return guests. We had another issue as well, but I think it was just something that got overlooked. And they said they'd try to get us a small refund for our troubles with that thing. I don't feel the need to bring it up. But the shower thing was really disappointing. If not for that issue I'd have rated everything 5 stars. It was a nice place for the money.

Summary: Had a great cougar football weekend. Easy location to get to campus but get to a quiet sleeping spot after a great Cougar win! Would 100% recommend and stay here again.

Summary: Loved this place - perfect for a couple of friends exploring the Palouse. The unit was sparkling clean, nicely updated, and central to all the places we wanted to visit. The beds & couches were comfortable, nice sheets & towels, and the kitchen was well outfitted. Albion is a quiet small town half way between Pullman and Colfax - we liked being away from the bustle and traffic of the bigger towns.
