This adorable cottage holds 6 comfortably, has a lovely eat-in kitchen with everything that you need to prepare a wonderful meal. This home features 2 bedrooms and a sleeping loft over one of the bedrooms. It is perfect for couples or a small family. Walk to some of the main amenities in the community.
****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental application that will be sent to you by our property manager. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 3 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Summary: The listing was accurate, compared to how the home looks in person. The host was easy to communicate with before our stay, but the app was not working for some reason, so this did lead to some delayed responses. Only complaint is that the bed in the loft was difficult to access, due to the steep steps, but it shouldn't an issue for younger individuals. Would definitely recommend!
