Exceptional location!! Stay close to all the best action and entertainment in Central Austin/Hyde Park area. We are walking distance to the UT football stadium, Moody Centre, great restaurants, bakery, coffee shops and bars! The Casa is on a shady cul-du-sac with a secure gated back driveway and a fenced in back yard. Chill out inside with central AC or hang on the front porch under the shady pecan trees. There is space enough for families or groups and room for 3 cars to park in the secure back driveway and one in the front.
With a creek in the neighborhood, Eastwoods Park and Hancock Shopping Center close by it is a perfect family get away as well. You can even bring your fur babie as we are a pet friendly rental with a deposit.
The casa has hardwood floors, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fenced backyard, and an inviting front porch. Come catch a gig and explore the live music capital with a solid home base.

Summary: We were able to rent this house right down the street from our daughter, so it made Thanksgiving really easy. The house was adorable, Mexican colored pom pom adornments on the king sheets, spotless; etherial atmosphere when the sun shines through the partially opened blinds on the front windows...and it was spotless. Beautiful white walls and furniture that provided an open feeling to the house. I loved the yellow and black "old fashioned" colored tiles in the bath. Linda the owner, anticipated our needs, knowing that the temperatures were just turning colder so she came and turned up the heat before we arrived--a very nice and welcome surprise. Loved the locale near restaurants, the University, funky shopping. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful cozy home. Even nicer inside that just the street view.

Summary: The home is in a good neighborhood close to UT Austin, which is exactly what my colleague and I needed to attend a conference. We didn’t spend much time at the home. It is a little older but has character. The newly remodeled kitchen was pretty, but we didn’t use it. The host was very responsive helpful, and thoughtful!
