This home is newly updated and on a private beach on the North Fork of Long Island, overlooking the Peconic Bay. It's perfect for sandcastles, relaxing on the beach, water sports, fishing, kayaking, clamming, and all your favorite beach activities.

Central AC throughout the 5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths w/ a third outdoor shower. Enjoy the beach breeze all day on your large outdoor deck which has enough seating for a family-style meal by the water. Or retreat to the cozy enclosed porch and enjoy the view.
Two bedrooms downstairs have one queen each. The three bedrooms upstairs include one room with two twins, and two rooms with a queen (sleep 10 comfortably!). An updated kitchen includes everything to make a full meal, plus two fridges.

Summary: This property is exactly what it states in the advertisement. It is a quaint cottage on the beach. The cottage reminded my wife of the ones her family had on the sound while she was growing up. She really enjoyed the views and walks on the beach. The cottage was clean and we enjoyed eating in the screened in porch with the views. The owner was great and very responsive. We would stay here again on future trips to the north fork visiting my wife's family.

Summary: We had an amazing stay here. The location was perfect, you couldn't be any closer to the beach if you tried and the entire neighborhood was charming. The house itself was perfectly functional and suited the needs of our family group. The extra fridge on the porch was a nice bonus and we loved the outdoor shower. While the house could use some updates, it was cute, quirky and clean and had everything we needed. We don't come to the North Fork to stay inside, and the outside of the house with the beach, the garden, the large deck, and the view was a wonderful place to spend time with family. We would absolutely come back, thanks for sharing this wonderful place with us!

Summary: We had a great week at Joe’s property- the large deck leading down to the beautiful, sandy, bay beach was perfect for our family trip, which included toddlers, parents, and grandparents. The calm and shallow waters of the bay beach allowed our toddlers to play and splash around while we watched from the sand and grandparents enjoyed the view from the shade on the deck. The pictures are accurate, and, while parts of the home are dated, the home is clean and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return for the amazing beach and convenient location.

Summary: The check in process was seamless and easy. Although the waterfront view is great, the house itself needs updating. If you’re looking for luxury accommodations, this is not the place for you. Because I like clean and modern, I would not go back. However if your main goal is a great view in a serene setting, this would fit the bill.

Summary: Truly loved the experience. The rooms get a bit toasty, so recommend keeping the windows and blinds shut upstairs during the day. My girlfriends and I slept comfortably. The deck was LARGE and the outdoor shower was so convenient.

Summary: With all the craziness going on and having an only child it was the perfect place for friends and family. My bestie and I went with our kids and my nieces and nephew from the city. The kids played all day and really enjoyed the outdoor shower. Deck was perfect for eating and drying off before going in the house. The extra fridge was perfect so we didn't have to go through the whole house to get cold drinks and ice pops. Joe was quick to respond to any questions we had. Weather was perfect for our stay. All around it was absolutely amazing and we want to go back next year.

Summary: We had the best and sweetest getaway at this North Fork gem! Our trip was a consolation to my HS senior and her non-typical year end. This was the perfect antidote! The photos don't do this great beach house justice. The Fusaros went above and beyond and sent my girl a graduation gift too!! If and when necessary, Joe was always quick with a reply and easily accessible, All in all, a fantastic treat for all! Thank you for everything!
