Positive: This house is in the perfect location, not far from the racetrack, Watkins State park (Rainbow falls) and downtown. Not to mention all of the wineries and breweries. The host, Don, was in contact the day before our arrival and entering the house was easy with the keypad. You enter into a cool, clean home with all the little touches that give it a "homey" feel. Don greeted us about 30min after our arrival to ensure everything was well and that we had his contact to call if we needed anything. He did a great job with even the little amenities: bottle waters, coffee station, nightlights for our kids, tissues in every room and extra bathroom toiletries if needed. Over all a wonderful place and experience. I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely come back in the future.
Negative: There really isn't a bad thing to say, just things we noticed. One of the beds is more soft than the other and was better for our kids. The water has a different smell than we are used to, but that comes with the territory. The last thing, and Don did warn/explain to us, the water heater does make loud noises after use. It ended up scaring us in the night when we least expected it, it actually made us laugh at ourselves.
Summary: Perfect Stay for our Family for Race Weekend at Watkins Glen.

Positive: Our host provided clear instructions for accessing property. He was clear, kind, and accommodating. The space was clean with clear instructions and he even provided snacks! We also appreciated the binder with succinct and important information. For example, it gave us a heads up that the water heater gurgles sometime. When we heard it, we weren't concerned because of the binder. I also appreciated how the host texted us a day before arrival with clear instructions and the day of.
Negative: Feedback for Evolve: too many emails prior to arrival with the same information. I didn't know which to prioritize. One confirmation email would be fine and 1-2 a few days before arrival would have been sufficient.
