This unit is a short walk to the desirable 14th street boardwalk. Approximately 10 minute walk at a leisure pace. If you're looking for an affordable clean stay in ocean city this is for you. Note this is a "height restricted apartment" as it does have low ceilings. Does have A frame ceiling in Bedrooms so center is 6'3" at the highest point I'm 5'11" and can walk thru. It Can be rented by the week, multiple weeks or for the summer season. Non smoking,Must be over 21 to rent

Summary: My family and I stayed here and we had a great trip! We were happy to be able to bring our small dogs because I do not like to board them. Check in was easy, the host Sal was very helpful. The place was cute and clean. The ceilings are low, but no one in our family is super tall so we were okay. I think if you were over 6 ft it may be hard though! The kitchen was well stocked and I enjoyed being able to bbq on the grill. I wish it was a little closer to the beach, however we walked to the beach and boardwalk every day and got our steps in!! Overall a wonderful experience. Thanks!

Summary: My wife, toddler, and dog stayed for 4 days/3 nights for a post-Labor Day getaway. The space is small and as the listing says the ceilings are very low. But, it was a good space with a deck, grill, and is a relatively short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We enjoyed our weekend.

Summary: It’s a bit of a walk to the boards and beach but we managed with a 2 year old. It’s about 6 or so blocks from beach and boardwalk. It’s a tiny place but met our needs. I did read reviews about the ceilings before and quickly found out how slanted they were. I probably hit my head at least 10 times. But all in all we had a great time. The owner is great and responsive. If I had to stay again I would.
