Although the home is a part of a duplex, it offers ample private space with a full back yard, fire pit, charcoal grill, and outdoor dining set. A window air conditioning unit has been added to keep the home the perfect temperature during the summer heat!
The location simply cannot be beat- it is across the street from Herman Park which offers a disc golf course, pickle ball courts, and pavilions. Behind the house is a private trail that connects to the Leelanau Trail which is part of the Traverse Area Recreational Trail and offers a 17 mile paved off-road connection between Suttons Bay and Traverse City. Guests can easily hop on this trail and bike or walk the short distance to shopping, restaurants, movie theatre, public beach and parks, ice cream shops, coffee shops and more that is offered in Downtown Suttons Bay.
We highly recommend taking the provided beach towels and cooler and spending the day at the public beach taking a dip in the refreshing blue waters of Suttons Bay and spending the evening at the private backyard firepit making s'mores and taking in the starry summer night sky.
