Summary: Very good hotel, which is located fantastically nicely by the river. Unfortunately the air conditioning in the whole hotell did not work, so it was very hot. And the toilet looked a bit worn (see picture) Otherwise, absolutely excellent and very good breakfast.

Summary: The check-in was a bit slow, and the staff seemed preoccupied with other less important stuff... The room was very old and definitely overdue for renovation. The breakfast was okay, but nothing to get excited about. Additionally, there were no available parking spots outside the hotel, and we received no information about alternative parking options nearby, which made arriving more stressful. All in all, this won’t be our hotel choice on our next trip to Gothenburg.

Summary: We loved this hotel best so far on our 22 day trip around Sweden. Breakfast was awesome, coffee anytime of the day in the lobby and GREAT help at the front desk to show us what to see downtown and how to use the water taxis! Highly recommend!

Summary: Room were not clean enough when we checked in, and when asked for house keeping they just told us to wait and we did but nothing happened. Beds were very uncomfortable we hardly slept, There was not enough house keeping considering the fact that its a very big hotel. We paid for 2 nights but we had to check out earlier because of this. And when we complained the impression that was given to us by receptionist was non seroius. Very bad experience ! The only ok thing was breakfast and lobby area

Summary: Completely ok stay. The hotel is in a nice tucked away harvour area. The hotel itself serves 3 star. Lobby area is nice. The hotel rooms are outdated and in need of a big scrubdown and painting. The beds are ok. You need to book your breakfast time in the weekends, something we were not aware of. You also need to let them know if you want your roomed cleaned between stay.
