Summary: Check in was easy but room was musty and smelled like smoke and there was mildew on the shower and shower curtain and hair on the wall of the shower! The room was so humid that the bedding felt damp and so did the carpet. Called the desk and asked for an extra set of towels but never received. Restaurant was ok and convenient but the continental breakfast was substandard.

Summary: The first room the a/c wasn’t working. I ran into the manager in the hallway and she was so helpful. Moved me to another room that was not only Updated but smelled better and the A/c worked amazing. Wish I would have gotten her name she really is great at her job. 😁

Summary: The bathroom sink was so dirty. Around the bed needed to be vacuumed. There was trash behind the nightstand table.

Summary: This was our 4th stay here. It is the most convenient location. So far we are 2 for 4. This time there was a couple dead stink bugs on the floor, which we cleaned up no problem. But then the toilet needed attention on every flush and for the 2nd day we had no hot water. I let the front desk know.

Summary: Walking into the hotel it had an unpleasant odor. There were no tv’s in the rooms. The rooms floor was sticky and felt damp.

Summary: The building is in need of a total refit ! The hallways old dirty carpets , no cable and the room was dirty carpets , dirt in corners and bathroom old and damaged . The bed was clean and good so that’s why we actually stayed ignoring everything else , plus we put a chair against the door as it looked like someone could easily break in . The outside doors would not open with our keys , again told it needed repair. This does not reflect on the girl at the eedk, she was great ! .

Summary: Rooms are to far from the check in. Tv's are small and not smart tvs. Restaurants in the area are limited at best. Bluefield i am.afraid is stuck in a time warp and so is this hotel. I could smell the stinch of years of cigarette smoking in my room even though the hotel is smoke free.
