Positive: The location is good, however the playground noise was too loud to bear for, not a good stay for a weekend getaway.
Negative: Very noisy throughout the day till late night and we stay super close to the playground. Facility is new but aircon remote and lift cover are broken before we stay, doesn’t bring a good vibe for the whole trip.
Summary: Place is clean and tidy, however not a comfy environment to sleep.

Positive: Great location next to Bayswater Station. A good first stop after a long flight. Quiet rooms with very comfortable beds. Very clean room. Very helpful and friendly staff. We had a good meal in the pub next door too.
Negative: Nothing to dislike.

Positive: Food in the hotel was very good and staff were very efficient
Negative: Quite noisy as massive kids play area in the beer garden . Tv’s need an upgrade very small and we had 2 steps down to our door which were very close to our bed you hade to be very careful when getting out of bed during the night to make sure you fall down the steps
Summary: Overall our stay was good but for the price the rooms are a bit tiered
