Summary: Wasn’t the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, But def not the best. Bathroom needs some TLC. Some mould remover on tiles and a quick scrub. Was pretty disappointed I didn’t have a sink for dishes, when the photos shown one when I booked. Washing dishes in the bathroom wasn’t very hygienic.

Summary: Big room, but furniture run down, bathroom door would not shut, tiny fridge permanently on freeze, bed uncomfortable, no sofa, no spare tissues or toilet paper, shower door with no easy way of opening it when inside. Seriously with some maintenance it could have been much better

Summary: Nice hotel and very good staff. Would be good if all the hotel was attached to the club instead of having to go outside and walk around also not all room are accessible via the lift so when you are booking if you are not mobile ask for a room that has lift access.

Summary: The beds certainly need updating. We have two queen beds, and both were saggy in the center to the point all three of us had limited sleep for three days. The water was either hot or cold and never stayed a consistent temp, which made this hard not to be burnt. The air con was as low as it would go and it was only just blowing cool air, it should have been freezing in there. The meals that we had down in the club were very ordinary for the price. We paid a lot of money to stay here and unfortunately, I don't think we will stay again unless it has a revamp. The hotel itself looks worn out and aged as are the rooms and beds. Very disappointing
