Positive: The initial welcome at reception was warm and very efficient. The hotel itself was well kept and in great condition. Our room was so well finished and a pleasure to be in. The ensuite bathroom was small but beautifully formed with a shower that was really powerful. TV had a load of different channels for most nationalities, including plenty of English ones for us. We went to the restaurant (no need to book) and had a great meal with excellent service. After a good night's sleep on a very comfy bed, we went for what can only be described as a fabulous breakfast, so much to choose from, unbelievable 😊. Checkout was the same pleasant experience that our arrival was. Would happily recommend this hotel to both leisure and business travellers. PS there is also free parking

Positive: Great breakfast.. Easy to get to downtown. Very close to bus station.

Positive: The property was well located given the close proximity to the bus terminal, so ideal to get into Oslo! The property itself was nice, and the room was large and while it was a little dated, it was still clean and functional. Breakfast was brilliant and staff were all really friendly and helpful, particularly Johan who went out of his way to help us explore!
Negative: The room was large but only had 2 power sockets together at the far end of the room, which wasn’t very convenient. We also had to switch rooms, as the WiFi and therefore the smart tv didn’t work, and despite initially working in room number 2 l, it dropped out again and was non existent but we didn’t have the energy to move rooms again. There was a national holiday while we were there, and there was no warning the restaurant would be closed for dinner which wasn’t ideal as we had travelled back to eat that night. Also, had no joy using the EV charging points which was 1 of the main reasons for booking this hotel and no onsite support which again, wasn’t ideal.
Summary: Fantastic location for Oslo, with a few minor issues.
