Summary: Disappointing. We had not been alerted to current renovations going on. Bed was very soft causing back ache. Crockery was not cleaned and replaced overnight. fridge was unusually noisy overnight. Unfortunately there were very noisy guests until after midnight in the adjoining room.

Summary: This motel is the best motel my wife and i have ever stayed in, everything was just perfect. Staff very pleasant even when we asked if it was possible to have a ground floor owing to my wife's disability. Not only did they accommodate us with a ground floor unit, they up graded us to a Grand suite at no extra expense. This has been our second stay and will definitely stay again the next time we visit Shepparton.
