Summary: Room was clean and spacious. Staff were also very friendly. Was however very loud with a large group of kids there so wouldn't say it was excellent.

Summary: Breakfast was horrible even though it was included I would have rather have Hines somewhere else k owing what was being served. Other than that friendly staff and clea. Comfortable stay!

Summary: The staff were nice and helpful. The room was adequate for the price. The hotel is just not well sound proofed. My room was near the elevators and I could hear everything happening outside my door. It didn’t help that there was a kids hockey tournament on and the kids were running up and down the hallways until 11. I could also hear a dog barking down the hall for way too long. I woke up to the sounds of kids/parents in the hallway on the way to elevators at 650am. Even the parents just talking lowly while waiting for the elevator could be heard clearly. The breakfast buffet was basic but ok enough.

Summary: Decent place! The lady (not sure of name) who works the bar was super friendly. Nice staff. Felt way too rushed in the restaurant though.
