Positive: The room wasn’t overly large but it certainly served its purpose with a fridge, etc. =

Negative: I suppose it could have been more “luxurious” but then I didn’t want to pay for that. For our needs ( a stay for an early morning surgery appointment) it was perfect.I chose it for the price and I wasn’t disappointed.

Negative: My room was 52° F when I arrived. Turned on the heat and could smell burning dust for the next 3 hours. Bed was. Comfy but stained sheets.

Positive: The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had good choices for food, although, there was not nutella for the waffles, and my daughter was disappointed about that. Still great selection. The coffee, juice and other foods were kept current, fresh and replenished all morning.

Negative: When we checked into our room, the toilet wasn't running. We went to the bathroom, flushed it once and it wouldn't stop running! It ran all night. I even lifted the lid to see if I could fix it, and it acted like I stopped it, but to no avail. We closed the bathroom door because it was so loud. This was honestly the only bad thing about the room and hotel.

Summary: I will stay here again; thanks to the friendly staff, cleanliness and location.
