Summary: When checking in verified that room with double beds was handicapped accessible. I was told it wasn’t. I never received a message from hotel about this or message via hotels.com. Had to upgrade to king size bed where room was handicapped accessible. Wasn’t given copy of this cost or refund of double bed room. Per front desk staff I’ll get from who I used to make reservations. I have made all my reservations for hotel rooms online on my road trip and all the other hotels would print a receipt. Staff member at counter very rude.

Summary: Price for the room was reasonable and the front desk staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Room definitely needed a better cleaning. There were pieces of fake eyelashes on the bathroom counter and the floor. The bathroom floor had hair all over.

Summary: The Quality Inn in Livonia is so shabby. It reeked urine and just felt unsafe. Choice hotels who are all over the world should be ashamed that this Quality Inn which one time had potential is just ran down! DO BETTER CHOICE HOTELS

Summary: After checking in I went to the front desk to get sheets and pillows for the pull-out bet and was told that sheets and pillows had to be given out by housekeeping, and housekeeping was not there. so I asked for extra towels so my son could at least sleep on SOMETHING besides a bare mattress (not even a fitted sheet was on the mattress and i was going to let him use the extra pillow from my bed). I was told I could not have extra towels until I turned in the old towels (this was a jaccuzzi room, mind you). The inside of the couch had not been cleaned for some time as was apparent by the massive accumulation of dust, dirt, and a used band-aid. the couch cushions and matching chairs all had quite visible stains. After we got back to the room, post event, we found a large hairball was in the hot tub which the room attendant tried to hide by washing it down the drain, which had a faulty plug (the faulty plug was the reason for the room attendant). the signs at the front desk said no smoking and no pets. the hallways reeked of vomit and cheap sanitizer mixed with at least two different variations of smoke, and the people 3 doors down had a bully-breed dog left outside on their patio. Every time i used the bathroom sink, it leaked water all over the counter due to a bad o-ring. the handle to one of the dresser drawers had something sticky akin to dried maple syrup. One of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in.

Summary: Good service, they also speak Spanish. We've been to hotels that offer better breakfasts for the same price, and we heard noise from other rooms.
