Summary: Was there for a conference that I had to attend. Very quiet and nice. No elevator only stair access.

Summary: The room itself was decent, adequate for what i needed. The air conditioner did not however work on the hottest days of the year so far. I set the temp to 60 and the air barely ran and the room remained hot. I ended up requesting a fan for the 2nd night to be able to sleep. They said the air was working fine as it eould kick on for a out 3 minutes and shut off before cool.

Summary: The check in process took forever as there was no one at the front desk. The staff was just there to do the job, nothing more. The location of the property was very good.

Summary: One, when we checked in they placed us on the 2nd floor. We filled a cart with our luggage. As we walked to find an elevator, we could not find one. I returned to front desk and they said they did not have an elevator. 2. The my gave my son and daughter a room on the first floor. Originally I requested non smoking. Their room reeked of smoke. When they asked to change rooms. The guy at the desk said the section they were in was smoking. 3. The pool had floaties, no chemicals, and was dimly lit so you could not see how filthy it was. 4. The fitness area was filthy also. The amount we paid was not worth it!! How they got a 4 star rating is beyond me!!

Summary: They told me my booked room was a smoking room. I did not book a smoking room. They told me they would change me to a non-smoking room only if I paid an additional $110. I declined this obvious attempt to get more money out of me.

Summary: Easy check in and out. Bathroom fan was dirty and lotion and shampoo were almost out. AC didn’t get colder when I turned it down

Summary: I was hesitant to book here based on the moderately positive reviews. The lobby was nice and the breakfast met my needs. The layout of the hotel was just very confusing and an elevator would have been nice. Around the staircases were pieces of random equipment covered by sheets. I would not stay here again and unless I needed an affordable and easy place to stay. To the hotel’s credit the description online was accurate and honest. And the hotel was located near where I was I going and close to downtown.

Summary: It’s not the fanciest or most up to date but the staff are always pleasant and accommodating and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We always stay here when we’re in town and have never been disappointed!
