Summary: Room was fine except for the tub/shower, which was grungy looking but more importantly had absolutely no hot water. Bed and HVAC were good. Breakfast very basic.

Summary: Courtice staff is an understatement. the night lady feels like an old friend the moment you meet her. You can tell she cares about every customer. She has pride in her hotel and her work. I will stay there again. The room was clean with newer stuff. Great Value

Summary: My family and I travel a lot, and this hotel, oh my god, it's a dream! I recommend it 100%. The staff, the amenities, everything, absolutely everything is perfect.

Summary: Staff were friendly and professional. However, I had to wear my shoes to walk around the room, the bathroom was filthy (dirty tub with some mold on the shower mold folds, dirty coffee maker, etc.). I can post pictures if needed.
