Summary: Very Satisfied with the room condition, clean and nice. Outside bldg looks a little dated and parking spots are on the small side for a lot of them. Excellent for the price, would stay there again.

Summary: Everything was truly great. I would be more lenient however on the brekfast times or extend them to 10am.

Summary: Highs and lows. Shower fixtures (standard and rain heads) were amazing, but the shower pan was dirty. Bed was very comfortable and clean, except for the ants. Countertops were clean, but the sink smelled like mold/mildew. AC was great, but loud. Wanted to report the ants to the desk, but nobody came out for several minutes of standing there. Parking is a nightmare in the evenings, as the lot gets full, and people park poorly, taking two spaces.

Summary: The room felt clean and tidy. Some chipped paint and wear and tear but all in all a clean safe spot to spend the night. Location was fantastic for me as it was walkable to everything in downtown.
